Achieving a performance/price ratio superior to the competition, the AMD Ryzen 3 1300X and Ryzen 3 1200 processors join the Ryzen 7 and Ryzen 5 series already launched for the AM4 platform, promising to deliver optimal performance in esports and common applications.
Four-core, 4-threaded processors, Ryzen 3 will be available in stores at about $100, including the Wraith Stealth cooler that eliminates the need to purchase a separate cooling system.
Ryzen 3 1200 – 3.1 GHz (up to 3.4 GHz in Turbo mode)
Ryzen 3 1300X – 3.4 GHz (up to 3.7 GHz in Turbo mode)
Both models have 8MB unified cache L3, 512Kb L2 cache for each processing kernel, and 65W TPD.
Like all the processor series launched so far for the AM4 platform, Ryzen 3 features an unlocked multiplier to deliver even more performance to users who are turning to the overclocking process.
